61 local tourism companies in Dénia have achieved the SICTED distinction in 2021
Yesterday the annual meeting of the Quality Table of the Integral System of Tourist Quality in Destination (SICTED) took place, to which Dénia has belonged since 2014. During the meeting, Dénia Tourism presented a balance of the evolution and development of SICTED in the city throughout 2021, year in which 61 local tourism companies have achieved the SICTED mark.
The meeting, chaired by the Mayor and Councilor for Tourism, Vicent Grimalt, had the participation of Eva Beltrán, SICTED technician from Turisme Comunitat Valenciana; Reme Cerdá, manager of AEHTMA and representative of the tourist companies of Dénia; Esteban Cobos, representative of the Cercle Empresarial de la Marina Alta; the head of the Department of Tourism Dénia, Pepa Cardona, and the SICTED manager of the destination, Serge De Hollander.
Eva Beltrán, for her part, introduced the new features planned for 2022 in the quality system and took the opportunity to congratulate the destination for the high involvement of tourism companies and municipal services. This fact caused the reaction of Dénia Tourism, for which they affirmed: "It motivates us to continue working day by day for the improvement of the tourist quality of the destination".
