My name is Trevor Colgate. I am a patient of yours and you have very successfully performed a replacement left knee.
I very much regret that I shall not be able to attend my long awaited surgery on my right knee on 23 January.
I suffered a mild heart attack on Monday 8 January. Medical advice informs me that I cannot have the procedure for at least three months. I see the cardiologist on 3 April and hope that soon after that I shall be able to see you again and get back ion the list for a replacement right knee. In the meantime my right knee is very painful because of all the heart medication I am on.

I have been waiting for months now on the waiting list to see a consultant regarding my deteriorating left knee problem. The problem is also causing considerable pain and difficulties with my right leg and hips. The affected left leg has changed shape since first consultation with the doctor. Also this problem has caused a forced change of physical activity so my sports hobbies can no longer be enjoyed which in turn is affecting my social life. Is it possible to have a private consultation to give me expert advice?

Le escribo para solicitarle, por favor ,si pudiera realizarme un informe médica actualizado para presentarlo en Servicios Sociales ,ya que recientemente me han denegado las ayudas y me han indicado aportar documentación médica complementaria . He de presentarlo antes de 30 días a partir de hoy ,
Quisiera saber si es posible que me lo remitiera por correo electrónico o en caso ser necesario , si debo solicitar una cita para que me valore y pueda elaborarlo
