Very disappointed as went to main dealer in Denia this morning at 0930Hrs to book car in for annual service. Fiund that the showroom and workshop are closed althiugh the website states thst they are open. I have tried booking an appointment online but when filling in my details requesting an appointment for a service only it auti fills showing that i also need an ITV which is not correct as the car has already been ITV,d. I regard this as poor service by KIA motors Denia and misleading.
