Hi, I recently had some phisiotheraphy treatment at your clinic. Unfortunately my hip deteriorated almost overnight and I had to return to Ireland for an operation. I paid for all my treatments but Apple Pay any you would give me one receipt on completion . I requested this by text message but have not had any receipt yet. Will you please forward same to me via email
