Apartamento Marina es un segundo piso soleado a unos 200m de la playa de arena en la zona Las Marinas en Denia. Esta ubicado en un complejo privado de sólo 20 viviendas. El complejo esta dotado de una piscina grande (con zona para niños) y unos jardines muy bonitos donde relajarse mientras los niños juegan en la piscina es un puro placer!
El apartamento tiene 2 terraza cubiertas. La grande da a la piscina y jardines y tiene mesa y sillas para comer fuera y un sofa para relajarse. La otra terraza en la parte trasera del apartamento tiene la lavadora y tenedero y 2 sillas cómodas. Las 2 terrazas tienen toldos por si se cansan de tanto sol!
El apartamento Marinas esta bien equipado con lavadora, horno, encimera, frigo/congelador, microondas, cafetera, televisor, DVD, radio, secador de pelo. Hay ventiladores de techo y máquina de a/a móvil.

Apartment Marina is a sunny 2 bedroom first floor apartment just 200m from the long sandy beach in the bustling Las Marinas area of Denia. It is located in a private complex of only 20 apartments. The complex has a large pool with kiddie area, and lovely mature landscaped gardens which are a delight to sit in (fold-up loungers are provided) whilst you keep an eye on the children playing in the pool.
The apartment has 2 terraces. The larger one off the lounge overlooks the pool and gardens and has table and chairs for outdoor eating and a relaxing sofa for soaking up the sun. The terrace at the rear has the washing machine and clothes drying area plus 2 outdoor armchairs. Both terraces have colourful awnings to pull across when it is too sunny.
The apartment is well equipped with washing machine, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 types of coffee maker, satellite TV with many channels (but please bring your own Sky card for your favourite pay channels), DVD player, radio, ceiling fans in bedrooms and a free-standing air conditioning unit which is mobile. A hair dryer is supplied.
There are are two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), a full bathroom, spacious lounge with recently modernised american style kitchen and a separate dining room.
Local amenities include a full supermarket with fresh fish and meat sections, numerous restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets, a newsagents and of course, the glorious safe sandy beach which is just 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
There is a bus stop for Denia close by and takes you right to the town centre about 4kms away. Denia is a bustling cosmopolitan town with a wonderful new Marina and many top class shops and restaurants.
