What is Alere Dolia?
It is a Call that was born in 2011 with the aim of highlighting, from this space of dissemination, the Teulada Moraira Auditorium, the territory through its native products. Among them, the various varieties of grapes and other products offered by the rich pantry of the Mediterranean stand out.

Nazario Cano: the renowned chef who will star in the event
This year, the renowned chef Nazario Cano will be the protagonist of the event, sharing his experience and creativity in an exciting showcooking where traditional cuisine is mixed with avant-garde techniques. Refined traditional haute cuisine

11: 00 pm - Traditional cold cooking workshop by chef Nazario Cano in the Garden Facade to the Sea.
12: 00 pm - Tasting of gourmet tapas and wines from the Marina in the garden.
13: 00 pm - Showcooking with chef Nazario Cano in the Auditorium. Refined local cuisine that will surprise you.
14: 00 pm - Traditional tapas bar by the SVF25 Festers in the Garden.
16: 00 pm – Musical performance by the group Cucumpá Orchestra in the Garden and cocktail area.
16: 30 pm - Dolia Kids: Blind tasting for the little ones with the chef Pep Romany, followed by a fun chocolatier.
19: 00 pm - Tasting of rosé wines from La Marina in the Tasting Room, harmonized with salted fish Marine Soul, led by the sommelier Natalia Piera.
