El Hospital de Dénia this morning it has welcomed more than sixty musicians from the Alicante Symphony Orchestra. The group has divided into duos, trios, quartets and quintets of string, wind and percussion to tour the various services of the Dianense health center.
Prior to the microconcerts, the band has been received in the Assembly Hall by the Managing Director of the Department of Health of Dénia, Luis Carretero; the Director of Care, Alfredo Moreno; the Director of Human Resources and Communication, Corpus Gómez and the middle managers of nursing. Carretero has welcomed them, along with Moreno and the supervisors of the Day and Gynecology and Obstetrics Hospital, María José Más and Silvia Crespo, respectively. From there they have begun to be distributed throughout the different areas of the hospital.
Over two hours professionals and patients of the hospitalization plants, outpatient consultations, Oncology, Rehabilitation, Hemodialysis, Emergencies, Obstetrics, even the Intensive Care Unit have been able to delight in the different pieces performed by the Alicante symphony.
During that time it has been possible to listen, almost in every corner of the hospital, some score. The initiative has been welcomed with great enthusiasm and interest, both by professionals and patients, their families and companions.
