The town of Cartagena was the scene of the Santa Lucía-Isla de las Palomas rowing regatta. A substantive event organized by the Santa Lucia Yacht Club in which athletes faced long and hard 11 km that separate the dock from the port city and the Isla de las Palomas, located at the back of Mount Roldán.
