The pool area has just been built and meets outstanding wishes. The pool area was completed in 2011 and the builder received with that pool the Prize for the Best Private Pool of the year by the Spanish magazine Piscinas XXI. With integrated jacuzzi, "Infinity" effect pool, and seats in the water to observe the Beach and vacationers. Porticholl beach is well known for diving, water sports, and beach lovers. The bay with gravel beach, offers canoe rentals and a small restaurant that attracts many boats in summer, which anchor in the bay to enjoy the crystal clear water, swim and dive. The villa rises above the beach and offers fantastic views of the sea, the beach and the island of Porticholl. From the pool area there is a direct access to the beach (through a private staircase). The location is absolutely privileged and very special.
A large covered patio, nicely furnished, is ideal for people watching on the beach in summer, and the summer life in general. A barbecue with dining area invites you to barbecue and eat fresh air. Even in low season this property is very suitable as it has a fireplace and air conditioning (hot / cold) in all rooms.
