The Mercat de Dénia prepares for its most romantic evening, hosting the event during the days before Valentine's Day In love with the Prawn of Dénia. With it they seek to bring people closer to one of the star products of the capital of the Marina Alta.
It will be held on February 12, 13, 14 and 15 at the Mercat Municipal. During those days the dianenses can taste a shrimp lid (6 units) plus drink for € 3, as well as buy 250gr of shrimp boiled for € 9. A proposal that seeks both to approach or discover the shrimp and to attract people to the Mercat and raise awareness of acquiring quality and proximity products in it.
In addition, during the first days several cooking workshops will be held by renowned chefs: Miquel Ruiz del Baret de Miquel, Héctor Nieto de La Xerna del Mar and Ferran Giró of the Restaurant Arrels. In them each chef will teach to prepare a recipe with local products, and can be tasted later by the fastest. These will take place on 12, 13 and 14 at 11h. After the campaign, these recipes will be printed to distribute among the clientele.
