Turisme Comunitat Valenciana has launched a new specific 'microsite' to promote the range of nautical activities that can be enjoyed along the 600 kilometers of coastline of the Valencian Community.
This website is integrated into the tourist portal of the Valencian Community and promotes both marine spaces and reserves as well as nautical services and tourist experiences at sea throughout the entire Community.
The regional secretary for Tourism, Francesc Colomer, highlights that "20% of the Valencian coastline is considered an area of great ecological relevance, a differential attribute of our destination that represents a great competitive value".
This new space provides information on the natural attractions of the Valencian coast, with four coastal mountain ranges, a volcanic archipelago and three marine reserves and on the offer of nautical services, made up of 22.000 moorings along 50 ports and 30 destinations specialized in all type of water activities.
The website is available in Spanish, Valencian, English and French. The user can navigate through six different sections:
· 'Information', with a general description of the nautical offer.
· 'Discover', where the offer of protected natural spaces, nautical facilities, activities, museums and coastal areas is shown.
· 'Gallery and Blog', with images and articles to inspire the trip.
· 'Experiences', for booking various activities.
· 'Related products', with links to the different specific websites of other tourism products also published by Turisme Comunitat Valenciana.
Thirteen specialized websites
With this new 'microsite', Turisme Comunitat Valenciana has published a total of thirteen websites through the CreaTurisme strategy. "It is essential to carry out this type of promotion specialized by interest and product so that our 'marketing' is more effective," Francesc Colomer stressed.
This new nautical tourism website complements the aquatic offer published on the previously published diving microsite.
