The installation of a structure of 15 awnings to protect the courtyard of the new classroom building at the Pou de la Muntanya school (inaugurated last year 2023/2024) from the sun has been completed.
This project, financed by Dénia City Council with 43.000 euros, responds to the demand of the school's educational community. After the first year in the new building, the need for a shaded area became evident.
The installation covers an area of approximately 315 square metres and will be used by the children for the first time next Monday, coinciding with the start of the school year.
