Los leaders Fernando Gonzalez, CEO of El Raset Group, Jose Antonio Bañuls, head chef, and Luis Alberto Nieto, will prepare various gastronomic proposals that will be available at the Dénia stand throughout the event. Among the tapas that attendees will be able to taste, the Dénia offer will be the Stew ball with its reduced broth, crayfish, pine nut emulsion and cabbage, Cod and red shrimp fritters with salmorret and the Garlic confit rabbit with artichoke in textures and touches of pickles on coca de dacsa. Workshops, tastings and the future of fishing
