Dénia City Council, hand in hand with the UPCCA (Community Prevention Unit for Addictive Behaviors), launches free training sessions for teachers, coaches, mothers and fathers. Its objective is to acquire the necessary tools to develop the talent of adolescents. The MVP Mindset Model, born from the collaboration between the MVP Institute Association and the Alicante Provincial Council, promotes micro-habits to improve the well-being of young people and communication with adolescents.

The expert speakers in fields such as sport, education, psychology and coaching Andrés Iborra (Sports technician of the Diputación de Alicante and GALLUP strengths coach), Federico Carreres (PhD in Sports Sciences and professor at the University of Alicante ), José M. Valcárcel (GALLUP strengths consultant and coach), María Cabrera (Health and Sports psychologist), María Jesús Saenz (economist and senior technical specialist in PRL), Teresa Amérigo (professor at the Spanish Agency for Protection of Health in Sport AEPSAD) and Vigela Lloret (professional coach and economist) will talk about emotional management and approaching young people.

The purpose is that relationships between adults and adolescents improve through emotional education. It seeks to enhance the abilities of adolescents but also to teach adults to dialogue comprehensively, keeping calm in stressful situations when dealing with young people.
