Sara Vázquez gets her personal best in 50 meters breaststroke competing in Castellón

The Dianense swimmer Sara Vázquez comes to get her personal best in 50 meters breaststroke in the Autonomous Club Cup in the Division of Honor in Castellón that was played this weekend, where she participated with her club, the Ferca San José.

With 33.30 seconds, Sara closed the 50 meters breaststroke. In 100 meters braza got the best mark in short pool with 1.11.66 minute, matching his best record achieved in the Spanish championship a few days ago.

Sas will also swim in 200 meters styles, where he could improve his time to 2.22.88 minutes, and the 400 m styles with which he finished the last session. Participation in the Absolute Spain Championship of Sabadell

Sara participated in the Spanish Absolute Open championship last weekend in Sabadelle, which also involved swimmers from Belgium, Italy, Serbia, Argentina or Bulgaria.

He swam the 50 meters breaststroke and managed to stay in his time, swimming 34.05 seconds. This time left her in the 17 position, at the gates to the semifinals by 0.05. Even so it was his best result of the ranking in a championship of Spain counting great participation of Belgian swimmers in this test.

In the test of 200 meters breaststroke he could not find his rhythm with the painful ankle by a blow in the warm-up and could not enter the semifinals.

The last test was the 100 m breaststroke, where he entered with the 15 position in the semifinals. In the afternoon he managed to swim his best record with 1.13.65 and improve his ranking to the 14 position.
