May 14 from 2019 - 00: 55

The chef three Michelin stars Quique Dacosta will open Arros QD the next June 7 in London, an English design restaurant that will have rice in paella as a story line and where diners can enjoy the cooking show with live fire and excellent quality products always watched from the innovative prism and creative of the Spanish chef.

The project, decorated by the prestigious interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, has about 1.000 square meters distributed over two floors in which a total of 140 guests will be accommodated. Four completely different atmospheres, that generate a sophisticated atmosphere but at the same time of relaxed concept, with which Dacosta will seduce the public of the United Kingdom.

In his new restaurant, located in the prestigious neighborhood of Fitzrovia, on Eastcastle Street 64, the chef has a section for cooking wood paellas from different woods. A view kitchen with which the public can perceive live how this traditional dish is prepared while tasting the best ingredients from the orchards, farms and markets of Great Britain.

For Dacosta, "Bringing a part of our tradition and gastronomy to one of the five most important gastronomic capitals in the world is an exercise of commitment and responsibility that fills me with enthusiasm".

The letter will have a complete section dedicated to rice, including dishes such as Paella Valenciana, seafood rice and rock fish, lean, different types of llandas, and other more avant-garde creations. All cooked as traditionally has been done in the culture of the Valencian Community, evoking the sense of family ritual, fun and hedonism around a table.

The rest of the menu will present a selection of innovative entrees, vegetables, fish and grilled meats and a selection of desserts, using the English pantry with the creative imprint of the three-star chef.

With this project, the chef materializes a passion that has been nurturing for decades: putting value on rice paella and paella valenciana, the traditional Spanish dish that is now world famous and now reaches one of the most important and influential gastronomic capitals in the world.
