'What should I do if ...?', The Dénia Health Department prepares a guide to facilitate patient access to their health procedures

20 July 2021 - 13: 23

The Dénia Health Department prepares a document to guide patients on how to use the services based on their healthcare needs. The goal is to provide better patient care. For this, he has designed an infographic that collects the most frequent demands and divides them into 5 categories: Emergencies, COVID, Vaccination campaign, Administrative procedures and Appointments.

The document provides the telephone numbers of the Hospital switchboard, health centers and emergencies, the QR codes to the links to obtain the vaccination certificate, the update of the SIP data or the APPs of the Conselleria de Sanitat Universal i Salut Pública – CSUiS- and Marina Salud, among others. The infographic has been sent to all the town halls of the Marina Alta, published on social networks and is available on its website www.marinasalud.es.

Likewise, the Dénia Health Department reminds patients that it has opened new communication channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, ChatBox and the Virtual Counter) to facilitate access, streamline procedures and provide direct and quality contact to the population of the Marina Alta. The new online channels also aim to avoid unnecessary trips and contacts.
