Dénia PROP office: location, hours and procedures

The Dénia PROP office, located in the Plaza de la Constitución, under the town hall, serves all residents who need to carry out procedures before the Generalitat and allows to obtain both the electronic signature and the permanent password.

What is the PROP?

PROP information system is a network of offices spread geographically Valencia providing information on procedures or procedures of the Government and on public employment.

Where is?

The Dénia PROP office is located at Plaza de la Constitució, 10. It is an annex to the town hall building itself, on the ground floor.

What is the attention hour?

PROP's general public service hours are Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 14:30. However, during the week of local festivals it is reduced, serving from 09:00 to 14:00.

How to contact?

Citizens who need any type of information can call the phone 012. By calling this telephone number, citizens can obtain information on any procedure or service that may or must be processed before the Administration of the Generalitat, as well as on public job offers; the status of processing of housing files, transport cards, aid for the care of elderly people from the family environment, calculation of the tax on vehicle transmissions, or information on installers authorized by Industry.

Appointment

Since 2020, due to the coronavirus health crisis, an appointment is required to receive care in the office. This can be requested by sending an email to the address ofiprop_denia@gva.es, specifying the required service.

Services and procedures

The office attends to citizens to resolve any questions about procedures that may or have to be carried out before the Administration of the Generalitat, as well as about public job offers. However, it also processes different registrations, in addition to managing the obtaining of the electronic signature or permanent key.
