  3. Tony says:

Pure rubbish, get my money back for my plane tickets, we need something more attractive to come back next year.

    • Lluis says:

      You better not come back

      • Roy says:

Luis - you seem like an angry person who doesn't like tourists - just remember that without tourists you would be an idiot again!!! I'm sure you'll take a look at photos of Dénia 50 years ago without visitors - I've been living here for more than 20 years -

  4. Maribel says:

This year's festivities are terrible, remember that Dénia lives off tourism, and many tourists come to the festivities, they should invest a little more, about 5 years ago the Denia festivities were something else.

  5. April says:

The worst parties in the Valencian community, this mayor should be fired for mismanagement, he doesn't give a shit about Denia, its parties and everything in general. He is only there to warm the chair and collect the salary.

  6. Javier says:

In a single word of these holidays————–SHIT

  7. jopelin says:

I propose that Dénia.com award a prize to Fernando, who wrote the first of this news. Specifically, it was on JULY 3, 2016 AND AT 5:30 HOURS (I IMAGINE BEFORE GOING TO WORK) AND THANKS TO THE DÉNIA.COM NEWSPAPER HIS WRITTEN HAS BEEN LEFT FOR POSTERITY

  8. Daniel says:

First, as they say in another comment... it would be good to eliminate comments from 2016 to 2023, right?
Second, don't you get the feeling of being rehashed every year? It seems that the only thing that has changed is that they have taken away the bullfights and the "popular" morning sessions. So it seems to be very easy to be a councilor. Anyway…

  9. Fortuna says:

GENTLEMEN OF Dénia.com, you don't realize that 72 comments have appeared since 2016. Jolín DO YOUR JOB WELL AND "CUT AND PASTE" OR AT LEAST!! DELETE “LATE” COMMENTS. IT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and also some comments ARE UNPLEASANT AND DISRESPECTFUL

  10. Joan says:

There are no more streets, what street is the road? Denia is much bigger, everything is there, instead of distributing the events for all citizens and not enriching the usual ones, with shame like every year

  11. Louis PC says:

Could you tell me the names of the orchestras, musical groups, and celebrities that have come to Denia this year?
no, because they are too expensive and you have to spend everything with the rockets in half an hour.

  12. A nobody says:

    The covid vaccine KILLS
    The covid vaccine is harmful
The covid vaccine has serious or very serious side effects

Well, now people are silent... they are silent out of shame for feeling that they have been an asshole and have been deceived

    MILD and MODERATE:
General malaise, lack of energy, poor rest at night, rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, tinnitus, disordered periods, colds that last for months, mouth/lip sores, joint pain/swelling, loss of vision, poor circulation, thrombi. to name a few

    SERIOUS:
accelerates or worsens cancer, myocarditis, sudden death, tumor recurrence, stroke

    and what are we doing?
    NOTHING!!!
A few years from now, we will look at the statistics of diseases and deaths and realize what the covid vaccination really meant

may God distribute luck, we are going to need it

  13. Dani says:

    Soraya could do better.
She has nice legs, nice breasts, and a little voice that's nice to hear.
The other day he did something fucked up.
Soraya was wearing a black dress edged in pink and was carrying her little black bag and heels.
She went to her boyfriend's office and there she began to seduce him.
Then she took out the dildo she was carrying in her bag and began to do dirty things.
After that she and her boyfriend made love in the office.
    What do you think?

  14. GLR says:

Don't miss these traditions. Like the Moors and Christians festival.

  15. And you are a savage too? says:

No matter how wild the Bull is, the human who has fun mistreating another animal; it is more.

    • Carmen says:

Where do you see that they are mistreating the Bull? Human beings are in more danger. IT IS NOT ABUSE, IT IS OUR CULTURE, and if you don't like it, you go to another country where, according to YOU, they mistreat the bulls and make them think the same but the bull has been bred to do that. But I repeat, IT IS NOT ABUSE

  16. Medieval Temps says:

For when the dwarves and mountebanks?

  17. LIVE THE FESTIVALS says:

Every year the same. Always criticizing the parties, that if animal abuse, that if music is too loud …… ..
It is very simple. Don't go to parties. Don't go to the bullfights, don't go to the concerts. You want to be respected and heard but you don't respect festivals and traditions whether you like them or not. What a pity.

    • Roy says:

Traditions ????? Since when ??? Imagination- 50 years is not a tradition it's a joke – any excuse for a party (l'm all for a party but every week there appears to be some saint or invented Saints celebration) l live in Denia and Denia lives on tourism but every weekend- no!!!!

      • David says:

This is “España”, please respect our languages (Spanish and Valencian)

        • Fuck you says:

Spanish and Valencian says HAHAHAHAHAHAHA what a fabric with the Alicante that celebrates festivals in Valencia xD

      • Fernando says:

Roy you don't understand where you live.

      • LIVE THE FESTIVALS says:

        Move to the dessert Roy.

        • Luis says:

But if all these celebrations are done in honor of Tourism and Expats Roy! You did not know? They say you leave a lot of money, we don't know who. And that without tourists or expats we would not have to eat… a mantra repeated by the tourists and expats themselves.

      • Carmen says:

As you said you are living in Spain, respect our language and Culture, if you don't like It you can GO, but if you get informed there is no party every weekend. It's one week and a half celebrating FIESTAS in our surroundings in this case in Denia. You come to Spain as a foreigner and don't respect what It is in here. I repeat myself, if you don't like our culture and tradition you can return to your country

    • paco says:

I suppose that you would like to be harassed, humiliated and have fun with some strangers, while they throw you into the port over and over again. Between applause and applause from some energetic people who have fun like this. In that case I totally understand you.

      • Paco says:

If you have a dog or a cat, take it to do the same and you will see how fun it is. Although I really hope that a person like you does not have the remotest possibility of ever having an animal under charge.

      • Javier says:

That you know that this is not abuse abuse is where you work you do not have help to live month by month like paying rent, water, electricity and eating and not being able to pay is not abuse and that Spain does not help us that is abuse and more than ever to say it It will be fixed, that's Spain, look at the festivities, the bulls have to stay in the streets too and what they should remove is the bullfighters in the bullring, those are bullies that must be eliminated one by one, but well, that's it, who is the bully?

        • Paco says:

It is true that a bull dies, as it happened today it is not mistreatment, it would be better to call it a murder or homicide, I don't know the technicalities.

    • Fran says:

You are absolutely right, no bullga pols, no vaxa to the era

  18. francois gallardo says:

2023 Denia Town Hall. A lot of progressivism, environmentalism, inclusion, multiculturalism.

2023 Animal abuse continues to be supported. It's the same as circuses, but animal circuses are already illegal. Because they promote these "things" from the town hall, and they sponsor it. Please do not come to me the usual outraged claiming the tradition of the party. What is tradition what you decide? Evolve with your traditions. Because good and true traditions destroy them, while those that generate hate and pain keep making them up. You know why because it brings a lot of money so the welcome tourists, the only source of income for this town, can come to see something as exotic and unusual as the bous a la mar. And if not, deny it to me

    • Ignacio says:

The festivities are overlapping, in the end it is no longer known what is being celebrated. There are a lot of tourists who don't even know about the Bous and aren't even interested, they don't come for that. They just want beach and sun.

    • Peter says:

I hope there will be a lot of protests about this barabaric tradition to sell hire out bulls that are being stormed day after day. And when they have been in Denia, they are hired out to be tormented in another town.

    • Javier says:

You must be tied to a stick and the bull gives you what you deserve, shut up, there will always be bulls, neither you nor anyone will take it away. I have money to pass.

      • Francois says:

You are the typical prototype of violent alcoholic abuser without culture.
A coward in the face to face with one of your size.

  19. Carmen says:

The activities on Calle de la Vía have been respectful of the neighbors, ending their performances at 12 at night. Except for the barbarity of the La Pato orchestra concert that prevented us from resting until four in the morning.
Mr. party councilor, did you authorize it?
As a 78-year-old neighbor with grandchildren under the age of three, I protest against the undemocratic imposition of noise.

    • Javier says:

Grandpa, you see the cemetery there, you have silence for your eternal life hehe

      • Luis says:

        "Be quiet"
Terrible disrespect to an elderly person and terrible misspelling.
What exactly do you defend with this crude and rude way?

  20. Isabel says:

A shame, that in the century we are in, people continue to have fun with animal abuse.

    • Luis says:

What a shame !! Are you seriously having fun??? Seeing how a cow gets hurt, swallows water, and her lungs flood?

    • Javier says:

shame isabel tulla for walking the streets hehe it's culture not abuse let's see if you understand that abuse is in the bullrings that a bullfighter kills and a trimmer suffers if he is caught by the abuser he is the bull hehe stop thinking badly and live the bullfighting festivals okay.

      • Luis says:

Shame on that "ll" in "yours" and the omission of commas. Culture is knowing how to read and write, having a general knowledge about the world, being polite and respectful of others, having social skills without looking like a jerk who can neither vocalize well when he speaks, nor modulate his loud and hysterical tone of voice.

  21. Maria says:

Denia: destiny of cruelty and barbarism….a pity that such a beautiful city has a program of celebrations aimed at a population of barbarians and retrogrades, leaving aside what is culture. Living there must be a horror, I see that it is well flowered with other inconveniences

    • ROBERT P. says:

Dear Maria. I give you the solution: Stay at home and don't even think about moving to Denia.
Nobody is forced to participate in parties if they don't like it.
Kind regards from a retrograde barbarian (you shouldn't insult)

      • Luis says:

No one is forced to participate but they are forced to put up with them and pay for them. And if you comment they get even aggressive.
        #Not with my money#
Whoever wants parties to pay for them out of pocket.

    • Patricia says:

Vivre ici n est pas une horreur.
A tip: RESTES CHEZ TOI EN FRANCE….

  22. Carol says:

    Walk that is very healthy.
He hopes that there is not a single car parked in Denia and they have to park outside.
Get used to the idea ... so then it doesn't surprise you ...
Third worlds continue to give priority to vehicles being in the middle ... stopped or circulating and even hindering circulation.
Do you think that is festive or disastrous?
The intelligent and educated EUROPEAN, educated and sensible, give absolute priority, to PEDESTRIANS.
As it should be ... no more.
    Happy holidays to everyone.
    Enjoy without cars.
Vehicles underground, that are not seen or circulating outside of the urban area.
Work with us to achieve it

    • beloved says:

Walking is healthy, of course, but not for those who suffer from some pathology and old age.

    • Ignacio says:

«...Intelligent and cultured EUROPEANS, educated and sensible, give absolute priority to PEDESTRIANS...»
So, the EUROPEANS who come here as tourists are the non-Intelligent, non-educated, non-educated and non-sensible?

    • Jesus says:

It really is very nice to go pedestrian and without cars. When you are old or have certain physical limitations, it is impossible to walk a long way, without cars we cannot get close to places where vehicle access is prohibited. Not all of us go by car of our own free will.

  23. Carol says:

The garbage in the STREET WILL NEVER BE NORMAL, more than for the EVIL AND SELFISH WHO ARE UNABLE TO THINK OF OTHERS.
UNDISCIPLINED IN A WELL SAID WORD.
Nobody who is it occurs to him to throw anything to the ground, it is stored in a bag and it is thrown away for recycling, which we are already more than taught to do.
    OR LEVEL TOURISM.
The rest to the sewers ... which is what they deserve.

    • GENOVEVA says:

      I agree with you Carol.
Everything that is happening to us is due to lack of education. The one that we have not received, and the one that we have not given to our children and grandchildren, super spoiled and very often super selfish. (this summarizing of course)
To live together we only have to transmit two things: RESPECT AND HUMILITY.
And our whole life depends on this. Think of the one in front, a child, an adult, a town, a city, a country …… Only this: respect

    • javi says:

how high we want tourism this is not miami but for the prices of everything it seems

  24. Loly says:

Impressed we have been with the celebrations of Denia. The final punchline with "Musical acrobatic dance" was the best we've seen in a long time. Congratulations to the organizing team and thanks a million for making us spend such a wonderful time.

    • Luis says:

A great pleasure that public money is spent like this but then we will cry about the non-existent schools or medical services.

  25. Paco says:

True, worst idea impossible, besides forcing people to walk half Denia on foot (because by car is impossible), a great day is altered for businesses / services located in the vicinity of the port.

    • Carol says:

      Walk that is very healthy.
He hopes that there is not a single car parked in Denia and they have to park outside.
Get used to the idea ... so then it doesn't surprise you ...

      • Ignacio says:

«…Intelligent and educated EUROPEANS, educated and sensible, give absolute priority to PEDESTRIANS….»
Here we go without prejudice….hahahaha…intelligent he says….

  26. Roland says:

Very big mistake to move away from the center of Denia the traditional castle of fire. Esteis changing the atmosphere of the place to an area of no tourist interest. What a pity.

    • Carol says:

They are taking care of us, for Safety.
Change to improve is progress ... whoever is not able to understand it, goes backwards, does not evolve.
      Learn.
You have to have relaxing and safe parties.

  27. relief says:

Could you post another firstas there for 25al 30 July days please? Where are Moors and Christians parties? In those days

    • Javier says:

And apart from the Moors and Christians parties they had to suspend them and remove them forever we hate the Moors and we have that party reicula with asurdeous costumes that only the Moors come to get those payments and a Spaniard is in the street with son and wife and they don't they don't give a house or pay just to hell with that riffraff, let's see if they solve that thing that a Spaniard is before outsiders is worth it.

  28. eugenia says:

We are amazed at the celebrations of Denia. In addition to how beautiful it is, it has a lot of activities. We would like to see what the bous to the sea. Any recommendations on where to see them better?

    • Peter says:

The Bous al Mar is a disgrace for Denia. Any normal person will leave the town this week.

    • Peter says:

The Bous al Mar is a disgrace for Denia. Any normal person will leave the town this week. I hope that after one century of this barbaric event will also be the last.

    • Peter says:

The Bous al Mar is a disgrace for Denia. Torturing animals should have disappeared a long time ago. Any normal person will leave the town this week.

  29. Lulu says:

Dénia looks better. Applause for the punishment of littering the street with dog poops, finally !, you no longer have to worry about walking pa looking down, now can walk facing forward.

    • Felipe says:

Heb je problemen met honden? Wel ik heb zelf honden en kuis steeds de poep op. Blijf dan in je ivoren toren en Hou vooral je Monday, want daarmee vervuil je ook veel

  30. maria says:

Denia is very nice, and it is normal q had trash on the street pq fields was the first day festivities d, q people do Botellon people go to parties to q vq all year turisticos.Y spare days I love the spectacular County denia

    • Carol says:

The garbage in the STREET WILL NEVER BE NORMAL, more than for the EVIL AND SELFISH WHO ARE UNABLE TO THINK OF OTHERS.
UNDISCIPLINED IN A WELL SAID WORD.

      OR LEVEL TOURISM.
The rest to the sewers ... which is what they deserve.

  31. Juli. says:

True, Denia should consider, do more things to buy a car, most selected because it deserves, because it is very nice.

  32. Pepa says:

Marques de Campo was sorry on Saturday night. All full of garbage. Impossible to walk around the area of the County.
Denia should rethink if you really want to attract quality tourism or drunks on the street. Red shrimp and botellón both impossible.

  33. Jiminy Cricket says:

    • Vicky says:

Better to use the word disabled, handicapped or people with reduced mobility rather than "handicapped" please
