Next Wednesday at 10:00 will take place the trial of a manager of a game venue in Dénia accused of subjecting two clients, minors, to touching.
The abuses occurred on the afternoon of March 17, 2019 when, according to the account of the events made by the Prosecutor's Office in its brief of conclusions, the defendant approached the victims and repeatedly touched their legs and thighs, despite the opposition expressed by both minors, aged 13 and 16 at the time of the events.
The public prosecution requests a prison sentence of four years and nine months for two crimes against sexual indemnity.
