The candidate for Mayor of Dénia for May 2023 for the Party, Pepa Font, has dedicated a few words on his social network profiles to the news of the election of the city as Departure of Stage 8 of La Vuelta Ciclista a España. On Instagram, specifically, she has celebrated the decision of the test, attributing its merit to a conversation between her and the president of the Alicante Provincial Council, Carlos Mazón.

He thought it was a magnificent idea and I told him that if he could work for it, it would be an achievement for Dénia ».
