La XXXII Trade Fair and Trade and the Medieval Market brought together hundreds of people from the region last weekend in Ondara. The Prado building once again demonstrated its potential to host the Trade Fair and Purchases with great success, with the participation of 33 exhibitors, most of them local (many ACO associates), and some regional ones.
The Mayor of Ondara, José Ramiro, affirmed that the Fair "It is a sample of the commercial potential that Ondara has" and appreciated the presence of all the businesses that have participated in the Fair of Samples and Purchases, showing "the quality of the exhibitors, the effort they have made and the innovations they have shown".
Ramiro said that from the City Council is a very positive assessment of the Fair this second weekend, in which good time has accompanied to enjoy the different proposals, which have had a very high participation. The novelty of this edition was the new location of the medieval market next to the Prado, because from the Department of Economic Promotion it was valued to unify the space so that visitors did not have to travel so much; a measure that has been considered as positive.
On the other hand, the Mayor highlighted the good reception that the gastronomic fair is having in the participating premises, which have practically the 100% occupancy in reservations.
The weekend was completed with the Medieval Market, very well set in its new location, between the Prado and the Bullring, and, in addition to craft stalls, food and drink, had proposals for children, children's workshops , dances, and street entertainment.
In addition, this weekend continued the fair of attractions, and the gastronomic fair in the 9 own participating establishments (Hotel Ramis, Alfatares, Coffee Sendra, El Gallego, The Euro; Tasta'm; Valero Plaza de Toros y Taurino), which were connected by a "trenet".
Ondara is now preparing for its last weekend of the Fair (25 and 26 in November), in which the protagonist will fall in the Matinal Motera, the Mercat de la Terra i Artesania, the Gastronomic Tasting in the Prado, the Concentració de Vehicles Clàssics , the Fira d'Atraccions and the Fira Gastronòmica.
