La Christmas and Fallas They are two parties that convey a special feeling to the public. Two parties that this year have been truncated by the 'blissful' coronavirus pandemic, but not forgotten. The City Council of Dénia has wanted, in this difficult year, to relive these two moments in a special way; the union of the Fallas and Christmas.
Thanks to the work of the Fallas artists, Enric Ginestar y Rafa Cheli, 12 points of Dénia wear a Fallas Christmas. The traditional ninots that dress the great monuments of Fallas are now protagonists in Christmas decorations.
Bells, snowmen, the Magician King, Christmas ball and the typical sweets are some of the 'ninots' that give life to the streets of Dénia in a different Christmas of 2020.
Along with the Fallas artists, the Dianense consistory also counted, for this recreation, with florists, who have been in charge of decorating and filling each Christmas scene with color and natural atmosphere.
Take advantage of these days and walk through the streets of Dénia and visit these beautiful monuments that will be on display until January 6.
