Sitja been working traditional Valencian music from the trends and characteristics of the time vanguards six years. Since 2002, the northern group of the Valencian region formed with the intention to experiment and work traditional music and remains today in the line of evolution that sought, more experienced, more open to contemporary influences and with a personality increasingly defined and clinging.
With the "Placeta de l'Orat" (2005), first album of the group, Sitja to merge adventure Valencia i mix music with rhythms and Mediterranean styles along the line of work time is launched.
In 2008 they will give a twist to his career and make a new recording label, "Musicabulari". With this project and after a steady ethnographic work, Sitja returns to the very essence of the northern regions of Valencia, is reunited with its deepest roots and tries to find a more experimental part of the Valencian sound, playing with the rhythms and cadences our music.
