The Department of Environment and Climate Change of the City of Dénia has organized, with the collaboration of the Magic & Nature dianense company, a visit to Las Salinas de Calpe to celebrate the World Wetlands Day 2019.
The tour is free and will take place on Saturday 2 in February. At 9.30 hours will depart from Torrecremada the bus that will take participants to Calpe, where they will make a guided tour of Las Salinas, which will explain the history of the wetland, what species of birds live or the importance of these ecosystems to combat climate change. The visit will end at 13 hours.
They collaborate in the SEO activity BirdLife Local Group Alicante, WWF Grupo Alicante and Grupo Ecologista Xoriguer.
