At 9.45, in the morning, the 11.º Blood Donation Marathon, organized by the Alicante Transfusion Center and the City Council of Dénia, has begun at the Social Center of Dénia.
During the first half of the day, until 14 hours, 73 people have presented themselves to donate, obtaining 56 effective donations and, of them, 9 corresponding to new donors.
The collection will continue this afternoon, from 16.45 to 21 hours.
Remember that to donate is only required to have between 18 and 65 years, weigh more than 50 kilograms, have a good state of health and go hydrated and having ingested some food.
