More than 400 people clothe the captains at the Evening gala dinner of Moros y Cristianos

The gala dinner Mig Any de Moors and Christians of 2019 has broken all records. A total of 427 people participated in this meeting, which marks the beginning of the final stretch of this peculiar celebration of the party.

The capitanas, Esperanza Cheli and Paloma Crane, were wrapped especially by their filaes, Almogàvers y Barbary pirates, the most numerous in terms of attendees. Along with them were its standard-bearers, ambassadors, and the president of the Federation of Moors and Christians of Denia.

The presidential table was completed with the mayor of Dénia, the councilors of parties and culture, and representatives of the religious side of the festival of Sant Roc.

The dinner was held, as usual, in the halls the Poblet. Around midnight began the performance of Cachorras Band, which until late in the morning nurtured the party of Black and Christian marches.

The acts of Mig Any continue today, at the 12: 00 hours, with the festive entrance from Glorieta to the port. In the afternoon, at 18: 00 hours, the novelty will begin Ambaixada of the Me'n Fot in the Plaza del Consell, after the parade that Marqués de Campo will tour from Carlos Sentí to the square.
