More than 40 young people from the Marina Alta begin their work as informants on the beaches of Dénia

Today Monday they have begun their information work in the beaches the 42 COVID assistants hired by the Dénia City Council, with the grant from the Generalitat Valenciana for the #EstiuSegur program (187.314 euros for Dénia).

During the early hours of the morning, the people hired have attended a training session at the Social Center, run by the Local Police. Once equipped, they have traveled to the assigned coastal points to start the tasks of information on COVID regulations and support on the beaches, in coordination with the Red Cross, in charge of the lifeguard and surveillance service.

The 42 informants are young people from Dénia and the region, under 30 years of age, unemployed. They will work on the Dianenses beaches full time for the next 3 months.

    Well then I'll stay away from these beaches. All this reminds me of the Cultural Revolution in China, they also used their young people to implant a new social order, Pol Pot did it in Cambodia, also that guy in Germany did it. Poor kids, maybe for them it's the only way to survive, after 470 days of measurements.
