How to Live Aligned with announced the Department of Ecological Transition of the City of Dénia last month, the program Sucs a l'escola arrives at IES Sorts de la Mar. It is an innovative initiative to promote local agri-food production, healthy food for the school environment and sustainable gastronomy.
The dynamics of the initiative consists in the elaboration of natural juices for the students in the educational centers made with organic cultivation oranges or zero waste grown by local farmers and farmers. To obtain the juices, the City Council yields a juicer machine of municipal property.
On this occasion, it was the turn of the students of the IES Sorts de la Mar to enjoy such a healthy drink. In addition, on Monday they implemented a culinary and tasting workshop by the students of the CEE Raquel Payà, which from the center assures that it was a success.
