Turismo Dénia and the Association of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of the Marina Alta (Aehtma) were present, this past weekend, at the I Mostra de Turisme de la Comunitat Valenciana held in Valencia.
The attending public came to our stand showing great interest in knowing the hiking routes through the Natural Park Montgó, the cultural offer and the offer of accommodation and restaurants.
In addition, in this fair, the gastronomy of Dénia was represented by the chef Bruno Ruiz del Restaurante Aticcook, which delighted the attendees with a carpaccio of artichokes with salad of tender shoots, chaplain to the flame and black olive and croquettes of black rice of squid and prawns.
