Socialist mayors and councilors of the Marina Alta They held last weekend, in Pego, the first official pre-campaign act for the municipal elections of May 2019.
The mayor of La Xara, Maite Pérez Conejero, four socialist mayors -Vicent Grimalt (Dénia), José Chulvi (Xàbia), José Ramiro (Ondara) and Enrique Moll (Pego) - and the first deputy mayor of El Verger, Ximo Coll; participated in a round table in which they committed to strengthen ties and exchange experiences of government, as well as some of the proposals that will make up the programs of the PSPV-PSOE for the municipalities of the Marina Alta.
The day ended with a presentation by the Secretary of Electoral Action of the party at the provincial level, Pilar Brotons, in which she offered tools for programmatic construction.
Conference on Transparency and Good Governance
In addition to the participation in this day, the socialists of Denia held this week the third of the open days held at its headquarters. On this occasion, the theme was transparency and good governance, with the participation of the Mayor of Dénia, Vicent Grimalt; the councilor of citizen participation, Óscar Mengual and undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance, Zulima Pérez.

The Socialists claim to have fully complied with the decalogue launched at 2015 in its Good Government Manual, as well as studying new developments in this regard for "continue to give voice to the Dianense people, provide the city with spaces for participation and strengthen the civil society of the city".
