The Dénia Health Department has made available to patients and professionals access to a web platform that allows the exchange of clinical records and radiological images.
To access, it begins with the request of the patients, to the Clinical Documentation Unit, of the documents that they require of their clinical history and / or images of their radiological studies. To do this, they must provide the required identification documents. Once the request is received, a link will be sent to your email that will give you access to the platform, as well as a simple guide with information on how to access and navigate through it. Also in this email the personal PIN will be sent so that each user enters their private space where they will find the copies of the requested records.
It is a new platform conceived as a secure and personalized environment, which can be accessed from any multimedia device (PC, Smartphone, Tablet, etc ...) that is connected to the internet.
Through this service, the patient will be able to have access, whenever he wishes, to the requested information, since the files will not be deleted from his space on the platform and he will be able to download and share them with the healthcare professionals that the patient deems appropriate.
The new Clinical Documentation platform replaces the old and perishable physical storage media (paper, CDS, pen drives, etc ...) with technological resources typical of the digital age. Thus contributing to the reduction of the carbon footprint of the organization, aligned with the Corporate Social Responsibility of Marina Salud.
