The students of Babylon are classified among the best of the current panorama of dance

This year has been an intense course in the facilities of Babylon, School of Dance. Many of its students have worked hard to compete in the best dance competitions nationally and internationally, achieving excellent results that place them among the best in the current dance scene.

Three have been contests that have attended. In the first phase of the contest Anaprode they obtained 19 first prizes, one of them with the maximum score, four with unanimity and another with congratulations. They also obtained 23 second prizes and 6 third prizes.

Those classified in first position participated, the last 3 and 4 of May, in the final phase that was held in Tarragona, where 8 won second prizes and 11 first prizes, two of them unanimously and four with congratulations from the jury. Of these four, three will travel to the final in Luxembourg (the fourth can not be less than 12 years), an achievement for the school.

The 28 and 29 days of April participated in The Pointe with 19 you pass on stage. Here they got 7 first prizes, two of them with congratulations and three of them with unanimity; 11 second prizes and a third prize. In addition, among all the choreographies that attended the contest, they selected the Flamenco Dúo of the school as the Best Choreography of the Contest. To complete their participation, three of Babylon's students received scholarships for a summer school in Paris.

Finally, Babylon has participated for the first time in the Dance World Cup with five passes to the stage. Here they managed, with 91 points on 100, a third prize with direct pass to the world final that this year is celebrated in Sitges in the month of June.
