La Coquería puts all its illusion in the recovery of our gastronomic heritage, and brings it to you on wheels. Your event or your celebration will be different with this traditional cuisine: give your guests the opportunity to live a gastronomic experience with typical cocas from the Marina Alta, from a recipe recovered from their ancestors. Cocas made with sourdough, which give it a crunchy and tasty texture. With different fillings (also vegetarian and vegan) so that everyone has the coca to their liking: spinach, onion and tomato, apple with blood sausage, sobrasada with honey and pipes, peas, goat cheese with caramelized onion. Also sweets with chocolate, honey and jams.
