We were there on 30/12/2024 and the experience left a lot to be desired. We were served by a girl who at least cared to take our drink and tell us that we could take the skewers from the bar ourselves. From then on, no one else came to the table. We tried to order portions by approaching the bar and after 10 minutes at the bar, the blonde waitress who was there didn't even look at me, so a man came who called her by name since he knew her and wanted to order portions too, to which she replied that it would take a long time and that she should take skewers, so when I heard that I didn't even worry about asking her for anything. We ended up eating 5 skewers, which had been on the bar for a while without taking anything from the kitchen, all this with a bad face, a lot of antipathy and little professionalism to everyone who approached to ask her something. We decided to leave and pay and when we approached the bar twice we asked for the bill and when she asked for the bill for the third time she already looked at us. Finally, and with a very bad attitude, she charged us with the dataphone and didn't even say thank you, she turned around and continued with her business. It seemed so ugly and in such bad taste that I left offended by that worker... Since I work in the hospitality industry, it seemed like an unprofessional and bad taste attitude to me. It's a shame that such a famous restaurant chain has people like that working face to face with the public.

I love lizarran bars throughout the variety they have to choose from. My favorite kebabs are cold and portions of scrambled eggs with delicious ham!
