For large Marlaska "The reform is very useful in the fight against corruption -public and private-, the crimes of embezzlement ... In this area, the reform is more expressive and will help assess certain behaviors as criminally relevant".
Lex Forum director, Enrique Sastre said on reform "It entails technical improvements to achieve a more agile and coherent system, giving a more adequate response to new forms of crime and strengthening the confidence of citizens in the Administration of Justice."
The conference on the reform of the penal code in Dénia took place at the Real Club Nautico and brought together dozens of people interested in learning more about this topic with the interests of the many experts throughout the day gave their opinions at round tables.
