The girls of the senior team of Dénia Básquet won in their last match NB Alzira by 73 to 63, in the match played in the Joan Fuster pavilion.
A victory that certifies mathematically the classification of the team for the Autonomic Championship, in the second phase of the League, which will begin after the Christmas holidays, competition that will put into play the promotions to National category this year.
After two weeks without competing, there was a lot of lack of pace, playing a game that did not take off until the third quarter and that was still compressed when there were only four minutes left because of the good work of the visitors. In the end, the external success was decisive to get ahead with this important commitment.
The Dénia Básquet returns to this level after the parenthesis of the previous course with a renewed team that has been going strong since the season began. The girls directed by Ferrán García have made a first part of the competition impeccable, as they have won the eight games they have played. Two days remain to conclude this first phase and the next commitments for the dianenses are against the Eset Ontinyent, which will be played this Friday, and against CB Rolser Pedreguer who will play on Sunday 16 in December.
