The Department of Sports of the City of Dénia launches a new edition of the campaign Sport on the beach, a program of free sports activities for the summer months that will take place beaches full Marineta Cassiana y tip of the Raset.
Sport on the beach 1 is celebrated from July to 30 in August, from Monday to Friday, except local and national holidays (10 in July and 15 and 16 in August), in the morning and afternoon.
The campaign offers the possibility of practicing on the beach, on the seashore, tai chi, pilates, maintenance, aerozumba, fitness, wushu and personal defense, in sessions conducted by teachers of the Ilios Center- Internal arts, the Chinese Martial Arts sports club, the Q-Fitness Sports Center and the staff of the council.
The program Sport on the beach It is aimed at residents and adult tourists who want to practice sports in a natural environment. Participants do not need to make any previous registration, just go with a towel and water.
