Waves is the name given to this avant-garde urbanization located on the beachfront, designed by the architecture studio QB architects and promoted by the local promoter Euroholding.
This project reflects the pure essence of QB architects, with the continuous search for unique landscapes and the creation of special atmospheres, both inside and outside of each of their designs.
The avant-garde urbanization of Waves, is in an exceptional situation: on the beachfront, resulting in a building with spectacular views on all its facades and that conveys the feeling of receiving a hug from the sea.
The building evokes a big rock of salt eroded by the continuous action of sea and wind. This innovative design seeks integration into the landscape in a natural way, like a small tongue of land that rises from the Mediterranean.
The design of this facade is continuous and sinuous, like the waves of the sea, seeking to awaken in its residents the feeling of shelter and protection.
The building has a radiant and luminous skin, composed of large pieces of white concrete. Its serpentine facade, emulating the waves, helps to favor the sensation of serenity that is sought in this project.
QB architects It is committed to accompanying the client in all the processes of their home project, from the search for the plot to the selection of the builder and, of course, also in its design and construction.
The architects Beatriz Garcia Morales and Enrique Chapa, since they founded the studio in 2005, have carried out more than 50 homes working in the cities of Valencia, Dénia, Jávea, Moraira and Madrid, always with the aim of creating special and unique properties for each client.
