The works of the Archduke Carlos square continue advancing after the Christmas. The work carried out to date already allows us to glimpse the final result and the new physiognomy of the square, one of the projects subsidized with the funds of the Productive Investment Plan (former Confidence Plan) of the Generalitat Valenciana.
Yesterday, the workers began to place the round structures that will give the square a peculiar identity, and that will be in charge of giving shade to the new space won for the neighbors.
The sidewalks of the western part of the square, where the cafeteria is located Cinnamon, among other establishments, have been completed, as are the sidewalks in the northern part, which connect with Avenida de Alicante. Now, the works are focused on the interior of the square, where you can already see the earth deposited to create the green areas and the three metal structures.
According to municipal sources, the plaza will be finished by the end of February.
