Regulations of the new normality in the Valencian Community
General indications
Any permitted activity must be carried out in conditions of safety, prevention and hygiene measures, self-protection and social safety distancing.
The use of a mask is compulsory for people over 6 years of age on public roads, in open air spaces and in any closed space for public use or that is open to the public, provided that it is not possible to maintain a safety distance of at least two meters.
All the premises and other establishments, as well as the equipment, of the permitted activities must be periodically disinfected and sanitized.
Private vehicle sharing limited to two people per row of seats is allowed, with mask and respecting the distance. However, people residing in the same home may share the same vehicle, without the need for a mask.
In the case of motorcycles and mopeds (driver and passenger) the use of gloves and full face helmet with visor or mask is mandatory, if you do not live in the same home.

Social contact
Interpersonal safety distance: 1,5 meters or, failing that, alternative physical protection measures with the use of a suitable hygiene mask and respiratory label.
Candles and burials: maximum limit of 25 people in closed spaces and 50 if it is outdoors or in the procession for the farewell of the deceased person.
Attendance at places of worship is allowed, provided that it does not exceed 75% of its capacity.
Wedding ceremonies and other religious celebrations: they can be held with a capacity of 75%.
You can visit sheltered homes, residential centers for people with disabilities and residential centers for the elderly. In the latter case, preferably in exceptional cases.
Stores
Retail and service provision can open by expanding the capacity of its stores to 75%.
Outdoor markets or non-sedentary sales on public roads (street markets), must limit the influx of customers by ensuring the social distance of two meters.
Parks and shopping centers: maximum capacity of 75% in commercial establishments and 60% in common areas.
You can use the common and children's recreational areas, toy libraries or rest areas, as long as the capacity and the minimum safety distance are guaranteed.
Family toilets. The use of family toilets and lactation rooms will be restricted to a single family, not being able to combine two family units.
Gambling and betting establishments, such as casinos, gambling establishments, gambling halls and arcades, raffles and tombolas, gambling venues and other recreational gaming and gambling establishments reopen. It must not exceed 50% of the authorized capacity.
Sport and leisure
Athletes integrated into clubs participating in federated non-professional leagues may carry out tactical training in groups of up to a maximum of 30 people, avoiding physical contact.
Indoor, outdoor sports facilities and sports centers will be organized by hourly shifts and activity is allowed in groups of up to 20 people in closed spaces and 30 in open spaces, without physical contact. The changing rooms may be used.

Summer schools can carry out their activities by limiting the number of participants to 75% of the usual number and up to a maximum of 100 students in closed spaces and 250 in open spaces.
Free time activities are allowed for children and youth population.
When the activities are carried out outdoors, the number of participants should be limited to 75% of the usual maximum capacity, with a maximum of 250 participants, including monitors.
When the activities are carried out in closed spaces, the number of participants must be limited to one third of the usual maximum capacity; with a maximum of 100 participants, including monitors.
During the development of group activities, participants should be organized into groups of up to a maximum of 15 people, including the instructor.
Schools and playgrounds
In private nursery schools and municipal nursery schools that teach the first cycle of infant education from 0 to 3 years, the capacity allowed will be 75% with respect to the authorized places for each center.
The number of participants per classroom will depend on the size of each classroom and the ratio of 2,25 m2 per person will be applied in all cases.
In recreational playgrounds, boys and girls must maintain a safety distance of 1,5m, unless they are living together, there is no such limit.
Mobility
At the end of successive extensions of the alarm state, mobility is no longer restricted.

Registered companies can carry out active and nature tourism in limited groups of up to 30 people.
The tour guides will work by appointment and the groups will be a maximum of 30 people.
Hotels and tourist accommodation: they can have up to 75% of their capacity and use the common areas, keeping 75% of the capacity in them.
The activities of animation or group classes will have a maximum capacity of 30 people, and will be carried out preferably outdoors.
The recreational pools, and those of hotels and urbanizations will not exceed a maximum capacity of 75% guaranteeing the safety distance and with shift schedules.
Tourist passenger transport and recreational boating are permitted.
Tourist recreation centers, amusement parks, zoos and aquariums reopen. The total capacity will be limited to 75% and to a third the capacity at attractions and closed places.
50% of each row will be occupied at the Fair attractions, provided they keep the minimum safety distance of 1,5 meters. In the case of attractions that do not have incorporated seats, they can be used as long as a maximum capacity of 50% of the facility's capacity is maintained.
Use of beaches
It is allowed to go to beaches in groups of maximum 15 people, except in the case of cohabiting people.
A spatial distribution must be established that guarantees the safety distance of at least two meters between users by means of signs on the ground limiting the spaces.
All personal objects, such as towels, deck chairs and similar items, must remain within the established two-meter security perimeter.
It is recommended that the shafts of the umbrellas are not installed at distances less than 4 meters.
The practice of sports, professional or recreational activities is allowed, provided they can be carried out individually and without physical contact, allowing a minimum distance of two meters to be maintained between the participants.
Showers, toilets and changing rooms may be used limiting occupancy to one person.
Hospitality and restoration
The hotel and restaurant premises cannot exceed 75 percent of their capacity.
Consumption in the bar is allowed as long as the minimum safety distance is guaranteed.
The terraces increase their capacity up to 100% and with a maximum occupancy of 20 people per table or group of tables.
It should also be ensured that the proper physical distance of at least two meters is maintained between the tables or, where appropriate, groupings of tables.
Nightclubs and nightclubs reopen with 1/3 of their capacity. The dance floor or similar will be used to install tables or groupings of tables, but it cannot be dedicated to dancing.
