El Public Health Center of Dénia, located in Plaza Jaume I, hosts next Thursday, April 4, an interesting conference on the importance of healthy and sustainable eating.

The technical table, organized by the Center of Public Health of Dénia with the collaboration of Environment and Agriculture and the Office of Innovation and Creativity of the City of Dénia, will have specialists from the various sectors involved and is open to the public assistance in general until full capacity is reached.

The technical table of Thursday 4 of April will begin at 16 hours, and will have an explanation on the approved 'Healthy and Sustainable Diet Decree', by Lourdes Zubeldía Lauzurica, Chief of the nutrition risk management section of the General Directorate of Public Health (Conselleria de Sanidad y Salud Pública de la GVA).

Then there will be two round tables, one that will deal with production and distribution and the other about consumption. The tables will be moderated by technicians of the Center of Public Health of Dénia, Mavi Seguí and Cristóbal Llorens. There will be a break and a healthy snack with local products.

At the tables will participate specialists and / or people who are directly involved in the approval of the Decree, and mainly from Dénia and the Navy, such as Gloria Pérez (Veterinarian / inspector of the Public CS of Dénia, Miguel Moya (Responsible for Projects and Purchases of Delikia), the Crisopa, Javier Miñana from the central kitchen Safra Safor, the Union of students of the IES Sorts de la Mar, the AMPA of the Pou de la Muntanya School, Sembra, and the CEE Raquel Payà.
