The Civil Guard and the Local Police of Xàbia this morning they have dissolved a private party with more than 100 attendees. The police intervention began at 3:30 am as a result of a citizen complaint about the music and noise coming from a house in the Vell de la Granadella road.
When the agents appeared at the place they verified that it was a massive party, something specifically prohibited in the last autonomous decree 11/2020 of July 24 that regulates sanitary measures to prevent COVID-19.
The police device dissolved the party, took the data of all the attendees in case an outbreak was registered and denounced the organizers - for rent in the house that hosted the party - for serious infraction regulated in said decree.
In addition to this intervention, the two police forces jointly carried out several inspections last night in entertainment venues in the Arenal area to verify that the corresponding security measures were being followed, drawing up several infraction reports.
