The Generalitat Valenciana will allocate close to 4 millions of euros to improve the accessibility of Town Halls and local entities of the Community addressed to the elderly and people with disabilities or functional diversity, among other public uses.
The aid will benefit 103 municipalities of the Region that do not exceed the 50.000 inhabitants, as published by the Official Diari of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV). Among these is Dénia who will receive a help of 38.115 euros.
The municipalities that requested the grant and presented the action projects have until the 31 in October of 2018 to deliver the necessary documentation to obtain the help.
Among the actions presented include the installation of elevators and elevators in the consistorial houses, such as Dénia, where the elevator has been out of service for too long.
