Thirty-six non-profit entities and associations in the social, cultural, sports, leisure and citizen participation fields of Dénia and the Marina Alta will participate next Saturday, November 9, in the Dénia Association Fair organized by the Department of Equality and Inclusive Policies.
From 10:00 to 20:00 on Saturday, the organisations will be present at stands set up on Calle de la Via, where they will offer citizens information about their work.
In addition, during the day there will be workshops organised by some of the participating associations. Between 10:30 and 18:30, Cerebrum, the regional association for people affected by acquired brain damage, offers the public multiple games of tic-tac-toe, an orange juice and straw decoration workshop, and neuro-healthy goose games and scarecrow puppets.
The Red Cross in Dénia will have an information space on the unwanted loneliness of the elderly and how the entity acts in this regard (from 10:00 to 14:00) and, in the afternoon, another on emergency intervention (from 16:00 to 20:00).
The Marina Alta ADHD Association (ADAHMA) is organizing a workshop to create a mini tree of Christmas and making giant bubbles, while ADHD +16 Valencia Denia offered visitors to the fair a workshop on Christmas stocking crafts and another on Christmas children's make-up.
At 16:30 p.m., the Ayuda Ucrania Dénia association will hold a workshop on plaster Christmas decorations, while Todos Unidos por la inclusión has organised an inclusive workshop called 'Autumn Creation' for people with functional diversity and psychomotor games.
At 18:00 p.m. and 20:00 p.m., Mon Bloc Batucada, ASS Xarcia-Fent Sinergia will put on an exhibition and a participatory workshop. And at 18:30 p.m., the Orquídea association will offer a dance performance by the group The joy of Colombia.
