The Dénia summer fair opens its doors complying with all the imposed measures

28 July 2021 - 13: 43

The usual summer fair in Dénia has finally opened its doors despite the obstacles it had encountered for a few weeks. The fair was put into operation the afternoon-night of this past Monday with all the permits in order. It has done so in a new location, a plot located between Avenida Miguel Hernández and Calle Pego, since it could not settle in the port area as usual every summer.

The fairgrounds have obtained the corresponding activity license, which allows their operation until September 15, as indicated to this medium by the Councilor for Territory and Urban Quality, María Josep Ripoll.

Ripoll has indicated that the license has been granted with the particularity that new measures have been imposed. The vendors must comply with new regulations, including the prohibition of playing music due to its proximity to homes, capacity control due to the COVID situation and maximum closing time at 00:00.

So far, the two days of opening, the fair has favorable reports from the Local Police that is monitoring compliance with the regulations. In fact, to inquiries from this wording to some neighbors, they confirm that "vehicle traffic is heard more than the fair."

Thank the PSOE you have what you voted for.

  2. Iron says:

But can you tell more falsehoods in a single article?
    They asked the neighbors?
What was the impediment to locating it where it was always installed? The loss of opening days due to a new tender.
    Light pollution, isn't it pollution?
    Noise pollution, isn't it pollution?
    Olfactory pollution, isn't it pollution?
This Town Hall serves only the powerful, not the neighbors.

I reread the chronicle: «to consultations of this writing ^ who have they consulted? Who signs the written award? I invite you to my home to see, hear, and smell reality. And dear neighbors, courage and let's think ... maybe go to the union before the outrage of the City Council?

  4. Protection says:

Quina little shame that tea that ajuntament !!!!
Damunt that you have to support the infernal transit of Miguel Hernández ens la fireta dels… that will carry more transit, for that month gent de fora vindra, will park denfront etc .. Is it that tot has to pass through Miguel Hernandez ???
I the owner of the newspaper, because there will be more than the norms of soroll, llums etc that affect the veïns are not complied with. Ara bé what I do not understand is that in aixó of social distance they are able to enter the recinte eixe tanto gent. Aixó who controls? Because in a few meters quadrats there are not 50 fairground gadgets and certainly not massa espai per a total the people who can enter-hi.

    • María says:

Amparo, good phrase: "is that everything to go through M. Hernández?" The City Council has not forgotten us, it has punished us. What happened at the fair is "an occurrence" that I knew was going to hurt us. The headline of the chronicle is not wasted, they write the text that all the media have received, without a spirit of criticism in the face of such an outrage ... I continue, can someone tell me why they turn a blind eye to the trucks that park in this parking lot? The police told us that only vehicles weighing less than 3500 kg can be parked in the city. Now 2. Well I would continue….

  5. Pere says:

Mr. Grimalt follows Mr. Puig's "troglodyte" policy. Close the windows and get under the bed so the virus can see us. Very regrettable his performance.

  6. María says:

I am a VERY DAMAGED neighbor, to the devilish noise of the traffic, of the parking lot, the fair with more noise is added, flashing lights with flaxes that make some neighbors have to lower the blinds. Mrs. Ripoll knows or should know about our complaints to the City Council and the Environment.

    • Francisco says:

It is what living from tourism has to do. Regarding the environment there it affects less than where it was, but sanitary measures are more difficult to comply with, in addition to the fact that the fairgrounds themselves do not have much space
