The pedagogical exhibition Advances It has been possible to visit in the Exhibition Hall of CA UNED Dénia during the second half of July. Born with the aim of promoting equality between men and women in the field of Permanent Education (Adult Education).
It consists of a series of photocompositions on equality, raised with a purely pedagogical and informative purpose, and aimed at promoting reflection and awareness on an essential topic for the curricula of our educational system and society in general.
Didactic, each of the twenty-one collages is accompanied by a descriptive text. The exhibition is itinerant and can be requested through the form that appears on its website.
One of his compositions reads: “The regular incorporation of women into the labor market has contributed significantly to equality between men and women and has allowed notable social advances at all levels, starting with the emancipation of the women themselves. However, this revolution often involves a multiplication of tasks and occupations (called the double and triple working hours), difficult to combine without, for example, the active competition of members of a couple, the contribution of families, or through the implementation of work and family conciliation measures. The groups that fight for equality between men and women and the political establishment itself have been addressing this issue for years as one of their main fronts of action ”.
The author of the exhibition, Fernando José Hidalgo Moreno, is a Secondary Professor and Equality Coordinator at the Provincial Institute of Permanent Education (IPEP) of Cádiz.
