EM Soccer Base Dénia is planning to present Tuesday 15 January Parent School that will be developed, with the collaboration of the Department of Sports, until the month of May. The event will consist of an inaugural session in which the content and objectives of this innovative project will be announced.
The presentation will take place at 19 hours in the assembly hall of the Municipal House of Culture of Dénia. The director and the head of the area of Psychology of the EM Fútbol Base Dénia, Agustín Mossi and Vicente Navarro, respectively, will participate. In addition, they will intervene to contribute their knowledge and points of view Ferran Monzó, former professional player, now in the ranks of CD Dénia; Rita Cabañero, FIFA assistant and referee of the Iberdrola league; and a representative of Valencia CF.
Councilor for Sports, Vicent Crespo, will be in charge of inaugurating the School for Parents, a program that consists of four informative sessions on a monthly basis, to be held from February to May. They will discuss issues such as values in soccer, nutrition, organizing time for study or ways to help soccer boys and girls. The objectives of this project are to provide mothers and fathers with the necessary tools to support their sons and daughters during their formative stage in the EM Fútbol Base Dénia.
