All the filaes de Moors and Christians of Dénia prepare to celebrate that in six months the city will once again be filled with music and color with the celebrations of the Mig Any 2019.
This year, as the main novelty, a program has been programmed Embassy of the Me'n Fot, an act that will be held on Saturday, February 23 at 18:00 p.m. in the Plaza del Consell and which will feature the participation of festeras and festeros. On this occasion, the embassy intends to be, in addition to a festive act, an informative act, for which they have had the collaboration of the students of the Escola de Teatre Comarcal and Joan Sala, from the Natural Park Montgó.
And is that our mountain is going to have a great role in this act, since it will be starred by twelve species of native plants that will look on top of the lances of the festeros that participate. The plants that will be used will be grown in a nursery, and at the end of the act will be donated to the City Council so that they can be planted in different parks of the city.
La Embassy of the Me'n Fot It will be the culmination of the Mig Any events, which will begin this Saturday with the assembly of the Mig Any drawings contest at the Casa de Cultura, which will open on Monday, 11 day in February, at 20: 00 hours.
On Saturday 16 day of February will be held the presentation of the captains and their charges, an act that will take place in the County hall at 12: 00 hours. Then there will be an informal entrace from the Red Cross, Marqués de Campo to La Mar street, where the reception of the captaincies will take place.

On Saturday 23 in February, at 12: 00 hours, it will start from La Glorieta la entraeta de Mig Any until the end of Marqués de Campo, and in the afternoon, the Embassy of the Me'n Fot will be the final culmination of the festivities of Mig Any 2019.
The program was presented this Friday afternoon at the pub Dorian Gray by the president of the Moors and Christians Federation, Rafa Cheli, accompanied by the capitanas, Esperanza Cheli and Paloma Grua.
