The health crisis leaves a Dianense beach without surveillance service

August 27 from 2020 - 13: 18

The local assembly of the Dénia Red Cross has communicated, through social networks, that the decision has been made to close a surveillance post on the Dianense coast due to COVID.

As confirmed by the City Council to this medium, several Red Cross workers are in quarantine due to the coronavirus, which has forced the restructuring of the workforce.

In order to try to maintain an optimal surveillance service, they have made the decision to close the Red Cross post on La Almadrava beach and allocate these resources to areas with a greater influx of bathers. For now, this closure will only affect the day today.
